At Darr’s Cleaning we utilize the “Infrastructure Repair System”(The technological leader in formulated epoxies for total infrastructure repair).                                              This is an 8’ sanitary sewer broken and leaking This is the same sewer after theTrenchless Point Repair We can even repair this!!

THE PROCEDURE IS AS FOLLOWS:

1^st
     The pipe is cleaned of all foreign material with a high velocity jet spray. ( A Sewer Jet )

2^nd
     Our Pan & Tilt Camera is used to accurately determine and document the location of the damaged pipe, along with location of
     laterals and other pipe conditions.

3^rd
     A two-part epoxy is mixed and then saturated into a mat that is made of felt and fiberglass.
     The mat is then wrapped onto a bladder that is then put in the sewer line to the exact
     location of the defect.

4^th
     The bladder, which is a flow-through to allow continuous use of the sewer, is then inflated
     to the proper pressure to mate the repair to the host pipe.

5^th
     After the appropriate curing time the bladder is deflated and removed from the sewer. The
     camera is then used to inspect the new structurally sound and watertight repair.
