Commercial Grease Traps
A trap that is serviced on a schedule is a line item. A trap that is not becomes a blocked line, a failed inspection, or a kitchen that cannot open.
Send a scope and we will price it. Drawings welcome.
On a Schedule, Not on Discovery
How often a trap needs pumping depends on its size and how hard the kitchen works it. What does not change is that finding out by having the line back up during service is the expensive way.
We will set an interval that suits the site and keep to it, so it stops being something anyone has to remember.
What You Get
- Trap or interceptor pumped out and cleaned
- Waste hauled and disposed of properly
- Records of the service, to whatever your inspection requires. Tell us what you need and we will confirm what we can provide
- A flag if we see something heading for a problem
When the Line Is Already Grease-Bound
If the trap has been overdue for a while, the line downstream is usually coated too. Jetting puts it back to full diameter, and a camera confirms it rather than leaving you to find out at the next rush.
