Who We Are

Darr's Cleaning, Inc. ("Darr's," "we," "us") is a septic, sewer, wastewater and hydroexcavation contractor based at 5089 County Road 175, Clyde, Ohio 43410. This policy covers www.darrscleaning.com, the forms on it, and the text messages we send to customers.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, call, email or text us, you may give us your name, company name, phone number, email address, the property or project address, and details about the work you need. If you email us documents such as drawings or locate maps, we keep those too.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic information about visits: the pages viewed, the type of device and browser, the referring site, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for this, which use cookies. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which collects information about your device and how you use the page.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your request and give you a quote or estimate
• To schedule, confirm and carry out service, including appointment reminders
• To send invoices and take payment
• To answer questions and provide customer service
• To send text messages, only if you have agreed to receive them (see Text Messaging below)
• To keep our website working, secure and free of spam, and to understand how it is used
• To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations

Text Messaging

If you check the text message box on one of our forms, or ask us to text you, we may send text messages to the number you provide about your request and your service: scheduling and appointment reminders, quotes, invoices, service updates and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run the business and this website, and only so they can do that work for us. That includes website hosting and form processing, email delivery, our scheduling, invoicing and customer messaging software, and analytics. These providers may not use your information for their own purposes. As stated above, this never includes text messaging opt-in data or consent.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Cookies and Your Choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. How Long We Keep It and How We Protect It

We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them to provide service and to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of sending or storing information is completely secure.

Children

This website and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
